The Mystical Element in Judaism Kindle Edition

Abraham Joshua Heschel is a beautiful and deep Jewish philosopher/leader/author. This book became a little more cumbersome to understand as it got deeper into the mysticism of the Jewish religion and traditions, but still worth attempting. The first Heschel book I read was "Sabbath" - that book is stunning. Start there if you're new to Heschel.Seller: got it to me on time and in perfect shape.

I have loved everything that Heschel wrote and said from my earliest years. Mystical Elements is no exception to the rule. Kimmelman is a master teacher and writer.

Anything by Heschel is wonderful. This book no less.

Steer clear.

You really can't beat Heschel for a thought provoking read. Excellent.

Heschel was a Jewish Philosopher - which much of interest to say for the modern Christian. An excellent read.
