I should've read the listing better, but its cupcake picks how complicated can they be? lol well, its not horrible but its a job. each one is on paper and you pop it out...you get a little pack of tooth picks and sheets of little clear dot glue like stickers. You have to put the sticky dot on the pick and stick to the paper. The Paper is a little flimsy but it looked great and served the purpose. However, I'm fairly certain you can find assembled cupcake picks for the same price, less hassle.

These have glitter that falls all over the place. We bought them because they said they were cupcake toppers and ended up using them as decorations as the glitter would have been all over food.

They are very cute for graduation party cupcakes. Perfect size. Easy to use. Good price.

The sticks snapped easily and it was a little difficult not to destroy the little sticky circles they came with for the sticks but overall they worked out well.

Very flimsy. Hard to punch out. The sticky stuff to attach the toothpicks was a pain
