It was very light and so was dubious that it would so the job of cutting the grass in the field on the other side of my garden fence. I have a bosch strimmer that was only good enough to do lawn edges. The grass and weeds in the field was up to a metre high but this was so easy to use and made the job so easy as it sliced through everything in it's path. I would 100% recommend this item. Worth every penny when it does what it says it will do.

Do not buy this product, takes 3 weeks to arrive, where from is a mystery, plain packaging, no manufacturers name or address,scant instructions I purchased it mainly for the cutter but it is useless, screw keeps becoming detached from case head when cutting the thinnest of branches, the blade cutter gets tangled amongst the tougher weeds,so frustrated with this product ended up doing my garden using the old manual method. Either buy the electric Bosch afs/23-37 for the same price or spend a little more and purchase a petrol equivalent.

Took a long time to arrive, as it’s made in the emirates, but what a joy to use when it did. It’s easy to operate and does a great job of clearing large area of undergrowth especially using the metal blades though careless use of these is not recommended. The plastic blades last a good while and I’m more than pleased with my purchase.

The best thing about this strimmer is that it has the option of a metal blade to use instead of the usual flimsy plastic ones (which are also supplied). There is a brush cutter as well for the tough weeds and brambles. You would not realise what a luxury it is to be able to strim your edges etc. without having to repeatedly stop and replace broken blades or string. I have used all types of strimmer and this is by far the best small strimmer I have used. The only fault I have found with it was the wire front guard which fell off and has disappeared into the long grass I was cutting and I have been unable to find, hence the loss of one star. Otherwise it would have got the full five. Why are not all strimmers supplied with a metal blade? Am I being cynical or is it that manufacturers expect repeat business to sell you more plastic blades?

Good buy, week worth the money, great to cut back bramble, a bit under powered to use the disk, apart from that great and easy to use.

Found it expensive considering the build quality. The plastic blade broke on use. Git two uses out of it so far with two broken blades. Not yet used the other accessories yet.
