My son loves these books. Insists on keeping them all together. Has all four. These are very special to a six year old that loves minecraft. Even if they can't read everything in the books, I find he really appreciates looking at the pictures and telling everyone what the creature or blocks do. Even though most adults don't really get this minecraft thing. With all the graphic overload in video games the 8 bit is doing some butt kicking.

It tells you what you should allready know. The 1st book covers about 70% of what is in this one just in a little more detail and pictures. It has a..... Hard cover, full color pictures, and easy to read large print. For some reason this book is taller and wider ( 1 cm ) than the first two and dose not have HI-gloss photo paper just regular book paper then again I bought this book from the UK and its not made by Scholastic.

Got this as a present for my little brother who is a Minecraft enthusiast. It was in good shape. He was very happy to get the old version because he told me it includes things that the new one does not.

Great for the kids. My child is 8 and delighted with this - they say they have learnt a lot about the game through reading these books.

I bought this for my grandson as a follow-up to the Redstone Handbook. The first book was splendid and this is every bit as good if not better. Here there is a wealth of ideas, rather than mainly instructions. The manual explores techniques for survival and subsequently the opportunity to take on a variety of threats. The emphasis on building forts etc. has proved wholly absorbing, as has the challenge to make maximum use of available resources.The Minecraft books are most thoughtfully presented and sturdily produced. Highly recommended.

Great gift and interesting read you get to learn something new, my partners son had to have all of these when he was heavy into minecraft and he always got them as gifts but he would highly recommend them to anyone learning how to use minecraft and people who already use minecraft as theres always so much more to learn and try.This is a 100% unbiased review sellers never provide me with free items to review or try!

My 7 year old is a minecraft obsessive so I bought him the official beginners book.That went down so well that I got him the other ones on the series. He has read them from cover to cover and recites back sections of them over breakfast, lunch, while out walking, in the bath etc etc. Definately recommend for any minecraft fans.
