They are made by Narex at their plant in the Czech Republic.

Do these come pre sharpened?

The backs are not flat. That is the foundation of a really sharp chisel so, for me, these have not been pre-sharpened.

are these chisels good for dovetail making ?

Yes. They are terrific for that purpose. The quality of the finished dovetails will be determined by the chisel set up and your skill level. If you're a beginner, keep practicing. Happy woodworking!

Are these chisels hollow ground? Or flat back.

They are flat back. Best chisels for the money hands down.
