Just as described. The balls at the end of the poles came scratched, I arranged for the scratches to be facing the wall. I wish they truly were "soft gold" (a softer gold) but they are true to color - as seen on the advertised pictures.

Beautiful and well made. Balls on end larger than I expected, which is good. Getting screws into lower bracket is the only issue—hard to install. Perfect in every other way.

I purchased the gold Curtain Rod with Globe Ball Finial and at first I wasn't sure how it would look because its not brass, its painted metal, but the truth is that it looks great, the finials are a good size that you can actually see them without them being to big, the rod is 1" so it looks sturdy and makes my little girls curtains look really good, I would buy it again.

I really like the gold color. The ends are larger then I thought but I like that. I did not use the brackets that came with the curtain rod so I can’t comment on that part.

Gold rod has a very high-end appearance. Worked especially well with the color of drapery and fixtures.

These rods accent my curtains. They work well in a long stretch (114 in.) because they are sturdy enough.
