Ergodyne Chill-Its 6487 Cooling Neck Gaiter, Multiple Ways to Wear Headband or Face Mask

I bought this to wear in the Amazon rainforest. It can be made wet with cold water to keep your neck cool or used dry to protect your neck from insects. I pulled it up on my head when it started to rain. Very happy.

My 74 year old husband cares for our large lawn and our mower is not even self propelled. He does the trimming and maintenance too. We live in Florida and I really worry about him. I got this and it actually keeps his head cool, which helps keep his whole body cool.

Using them as neck gaitors, not a face covering. Yes, they breath some, but I bought these to wet them, wear them and thus get some evaporational cooling on the neck artiers while riding my motorcycle.They work just fine in this regard.

This product can be used several different ways - scarf, over the head, neck gaiter, etc. When wet, it provides a nice cooling effect, even able to help withstand the hot and humid Mid-Atlantic summers.

I got my package. It was not near the front door, so I thought it was delivered some place else.Everything is fine. the product is great.

I wasn't sure if this would work, but once I wet it, is stayed cool for a long time before I had to take it off, shake it and put it back.

Very thin flimsy fabric. You can see that it was cut with scissors from a long tube of fabric. I wore it doing yard work, it breathes through easily but it didn't seem to provide much cooling. I wore it under my helmet on the motorcycle and it fell down and the wind made the edge flap against my neck, which was aggravating.

What can I say. The product does exactly what it is sold to do. When wet it will keep your head and neck several degrees cooler than the surrounding air temp. Highly recommend. Would buy again.
