I was really hoping to love these. I usually wear Pleasers but ordered these because they were going to ship in time for Christmas. Luckily, I ordered a different pair of red heels for my Xmas lingerie.I usually wear size 8, but lately have been ordering up to size 9 so the “breaking in” isn't as drastic.These were very hard to slip into. My foot was very cramped. I have normal to wide feet. It wasn’t even like it was the kinda tight where you know they will loosen and break in with a couple of wears. It’s the kinda tight that makes your foot look like an overstuffed sausage.Maybe they are more slender because they don’t have an ankle strap? But no way I can imagine wearing these with any amount of comfort.I’m tempted to try the trick where you put on socks and use a blow dryer to heat the plastic and stretch them out, but I’m worried that won’t work. Sorry, Ellie, I tried!

This is one sexy heel!! I love the rubber bottom on the bottom that helps to grip the floor when walking and I love the sueded sole to help your feet grip the shoe. Although this heel is super high they are really easy to walk in because of these features. Trying to justify buying all colors, lol.

I'm a 67yo photographer who shoots fashion, beauty and swimwear. I do catalog work as well, and when I have a day to myself I set up shoots with aspiring local models. I just happened that two Sundays in a row I had shoots set up and the model didn't have any shoes that were in good enough shape for a shoot, or didn't have anything appropriate at all. So I found Ellie shoes here on Amazon and Ellie shipped them right away and I got them the day before the shoots.This isn't my first go around with Ellie shoes however. My experience with them goes back about 20yrs when I first began using this brand for my shoots. I like their range of shoes and the subtle differences in what appears to be the same shoe. Some are high platform and heels and yet I've found the same shoe in a smaller platform and heel.....My wardrobe closet that I keep on hand has shoes that are common sizes from size 6 to size 9 in both white and black. Recently I got several out of the the closet and realized after 20+yrs some finally need replaced. Finding Ellie again has prompted me to start slowly replacing the existing old inventory with new. Over the years I've tried other brands. However after a short time the heels fall off, or the bottom of the shoe separates from the platform. None of the Ellie shoes have had problems like this. I get a lot of use from this brand, and all the shoes I've had from 20yrs ago with only a very few exceptions I still use.So,....thats my story. I've never had the shoes "fall apart" on me, they fit as expected and I get a years of use from them. And best.......the models enjoy wearing a look that is stylish and something fun and a bit sexy looking.With reasonable care, this brand will last a very long time..............

Super sexy, these do run small. I normally swear a 7.5, I purchased an 8. It was way to small. I returned and perder a 9. The 9 fit well. The length is just right. My feet are not narrow or wide. They are regular. Normally I have never had to purchase a size 9. I si ally always wear a size 7.5 or 8 maximum. But these shoes are beautifully and they have enough padding to feel comfortable.

Unfortunately I had to return due to the height of the heels. The looks and fit of the shoe are spot on, very very sexy. Would highly recommend!

Many times people complain these shoes are too small or not true to size which is partially true and partially false. you have to use the blow dryer trick. When you initially take these shoes out the box your feet will not fit in them especially my wide feet girls. If you take a blow dryer put it on the hottest setting and hold it to the plastic part of the shoe for a few seconds!!!! you will be able to stretch the plastic and you will be able to put your foot in. I wear 8.5 I get these in a 9 use the blow dryer trick and they fit fine.

Lol girl bye. I have a regular size foot, not narrow not wide , and I know for a fact that I wear a 7. These were more like a size 5 in reality. Did the plastic trick with the blow dryer & my foot still was hanging off the end lmao. Long story short. Order 2 sizes up. I’m sending back for a size 9. Hope they fit. Shoe was super cute. Nice quality. Just runs super small.

Had to use a shoe stretcher because the clear part of the shoe was too tight and wasn’t comfortable at all. I ordered a size 9 and I usually wear an 8 1/2. And the length fit perfectly. Order a half size up.

If your going to buy these I would suggest sizing up!!! Trust me I ordered a size 7 but they fr look like a size 5/6. I blow dried them so my feet could actually slide in. Not comfy at all. Waste of money

The size itself is fine ... but the clear plastic strap is way too small! I do not have wide feet, my feet are actually fairly thin and I couldn't get my foot in these shoes at all! I don't think I'd advise buying a size up as the shoe itself was a perfect size the strap was too small and has no give to it

The actual shoe size is on the money but the clear part is tight even on my exceptionally petite feet. And they don’t seem to be stretching out after a month’s use. Good quality product but not suitable for wearing for extended periods of time.

I bought these for my wife who is a size 7, the part across the top of her foot was so tight that she couldn’t get them partially on.
