Look great
I got them to light the way at night for my almost-blind cat. My husband actually commented on how nice they look! He never notices anything! They do look nice although not really like actual candles, close though. I'm pleased with my purchase.

GREAT CANDLES!!!
These are great! 2 of them lit up my whole kitchen and dining room! I have now put them (one or two) in every room!! I LOVE these!! Dusk to dawn feature is GREAT!! It works!! You may have to play with turning the candle around a few times to find the "sweet spot" where it stays off until you turn the lights off. I put a couple "far back" in a corner where direct light wasn't exactly hitting it, even tho the lights were on. I played with turning it around slowly in a circle till l found that sweet spot that worked! I have already bought more of these!! They are my new favorites. =)

Not working properly
The flicker on only one candle is working. And the sensor button does not work. The candle stays on in the daylight. See photo

Great set of light sensing candles
Love these, they sense light versus dark well and when they are lit they have a subtle, realistic flicker similar to a real candle.

Gives off No Real Light
I have been searching for a very long time for dusk to dawn candles to put in my bathroom. I was using a Christmas 3 candelabra dusk to dawn light that really lit up just enough so I can use the middle of the night.I do not have one outlet in my bathroom so I can't use a basic night light. But these give off hardly any light at all.The third light in the picture if they all could look like that I think it would be enough light for me. I can't find how to contact the seller to ask if that third light is the normal or if that's not the normal of what they look like.I did have another candle that I bought from a different mainstream company and their light flame flickers a little bit like moves back and forth and it really looks like a real candle and these are just obviously little sticks that stick up for the flame and it's nice that they're rral wax but it does not look real at all to me.I also do believe it would look better in a basket because when you look closer at the you can see the dark like one and a half inch base of where the batteries go into so it doesn't look like what a real candle would look like. Or maybe wrap ribbon around the bottom to hide it.I'm still debating if I'm going to keep these or not.

Two Outta Three Ain’t Bad! Not!
I waited a month for this. Amazon saw fit to ship it by boat to Hawaii, even tho’ I’m a Prime customer. I guess Prime ain’t what it used to be. To add insult to injury, one of the three “candles” was DOA. Dead on Arrival. Now Meatloaf, that great philosopher, belted out “Don’t be sad! Two outta three ain’t bad.” That depends on whether or not you paid for them, I reckon, and how long you had to wait for them. And I paid, mind you, in more ways than one. So I’m sad. But the two that work, work well. They turn on when it’s dark, and turn off when it’s light again. The light is soft, and the flicker is gently flickerlicious. The photo shows the soft light through the brass lamp I “borrowed” from Aladdin, creating patterns on the wall. Would’ve been 5 stars, tweren’t for the one DOA candle.

Perfect for Cat Owners
We have two black cat siblings. They LOVE to lurk at the top of the stairs. This is bad enough during the daytime, but at night they are completely invisible. This can become a scary trip hazard. But we don't want to have bright lights turned on at the stair top all night long. The solution was to get some of these amazing LED candles. We put them near where the cats tend to lurk. Now we have a pretty, soft light in that area. The cats are visible. The lights go out during the day and turn on at night. If the cats change where they tend to sleep, we simply move the candles.Plus, the candles are really pretty looking. And if we want to, we can use them for other purposes.Absolutely perfect for keeping an eye on pets at night!
