These are quality dual-layer DVDs. I sell instructional kung-fu DVDs and they work beautifully. One note -- burn at a slower speed and these will work out well for you. I have a very fast computer but didn't realize for a while they many were being booted out as bad because I was burning at too fast a speed. Now I use a Primera Bravo Disc Publisher at the slowest burn speed and I have no problems.

I have burnt off half the pack, I wanted to backup some xbox 360 games. After reading a lot online, it seems like more people went for Verbatim. The price for Verbatim disc's is higher than these hp disc so i thought i would give the cheaper option a chance. Looking at the recent reviews it looks liker the Verbatim discs have dropped in quality lately. Every game i have burnt off i have done it at 2.4 speed. I have had no issues at all. I will definitely be buying these discs again.

Have a 10 year old HP DVD burner. Have used it for years to burn both single and dual layer disks without a problem. Used my last Memorex dual layer a few days ago without a problem so ordered these HPs. They don't work. Have tried 3 so far and get an error every time saying the the burn operation failed.Update: Just purchased a new portable burner and the discs work fine with it. Must be an issue with the old drive.

I've tried the cheaper brands and some of the disks work and some don't. Right out of the box, no problems. You get what you pay for .....

I work alot with the Indie film production crowd, and we still do much of our work on DVDs in that community.These DVDs are nice both in terms of media quality (mega-bits-per-second) as well as a blank, professional looking surface to write on.You can use an Inkjet (special disc printing version), a marker, or (as I do) a laser inscriber to write on the DVDs.I highly recommend these DVDs.

I have been purchasing these for years and probably have less than 1% error printing. I've burned precious family videos, tv shows, movies, etc. onto these without a hitch. The hub printable surface works great with my Epson program and printer with bright, vivid and accurate colors. Outlines are sharp and the ink dries quickly. I really don't have anything bad to say about these. I've bought them often in the past and intend to purchase more in the future.
