Cheaply made. Temperature should have 3 DIFFERENT settings, it does not, it has one. It does NOT hold your hair regardless of the amount of hair. You get what you pay for....junk!

Disappointed this Time!
The product only works for approximately 15 seconds at a time, and then shuts off. I have ordered this product from Amazon before, and had no problems. This one must be a dud! But cannot return as original packaging already thrown away.
