Best $12 ever spent!
Ordered this for my hubby who is building custom reverse trikes and he said that it was literally the best money he has spent on a tool!

Badly sealed and leaks constantly
Right out of the box, something felt off. I removed the mounting bracket to check the fittings and you can see the condition of the gasket. It had gotten out of place at time of assembly and whoever put it together sent it with all the ugga duggas despite the gasket being pinched in the well where the screw passes through. So now I’m having to make do with the closest o-ring I had on hand. I can’t leave it engaged because it is constantly leaking down.

Looks like I got a good one out of the box.
I was concerned over the reviews on here regarding leaks, but needed a drier manifold for spray painting and this fit the bill for the price as long as it worked. I ordered the 3/8" port sized model not realizing all my air fittings and connectors are 1/4" but with a 3/8" to 1/4" adapter on each end I was able to hook it up with no problems. Out of the box I connected it to a 100 PSI line and listened for leaks... especially at those little dinky plastic drain valves at the bottom of the collection bowls. Those are kind of hokey but they do work... the thing to keep in mind is they remain closed under pressure. Low pressure under 15 PSI may not be sufficient to push them closed so either give the little handle a twist to re-seat them or dial up the regulator pressure a bit. I gave the manifold full line pressure (150 PSI in my garage) and still no leaks or cracked bowls like some have experienced. Air flow is sufficient at the 40 PSI my spray gun requires.... but it's a cheap Husky brand HVLP gun and doesn't use as much air as a full blown professional HVLP so you may notice a problem if you have high flow requirements. For the price it seems to be a good unit but I would quickly change my tune if I experienced the leaks and problems many others have reported.

For someone that doesn't use a lot of compressed air in a day it would be fine.
This unit works extremely well for removing water from the compressed air. The down fall is that it doesn't have the filtering capacity I had hoped for. I am having to dry the beads daily. I am running a 5hp 60 gallon compressor. For someone that doesn't use a lot of compressed air in a day it would be fine.

I'm Returning And Here's Why
I'm going to return this, but read below for why.First, the instructions are for some other similar device. This unit has three air chambers and anything in the instructions only have two chambers. The instructions are maybe in a 5-6 point type. My vision is fine, but you really can't read this without some type of aid.The pressure adjustment cap is stripped and it won't adjust the pressure. When I removed it, the plastic cap is rounded off and won't work over the stem. With both these items combined, maybe a returned item placed back into service? I switched to this item: PneumaticPlus SAU330-N03G Three Stage Air Drying System Particulate Air Filter, Coalescing Filter, Air Pressure Regulator Combo 3/8" NPT - Poly Bowl, Manual Drain, Bracket, GaugeInstalled it today and it seems fine so far.
