It does not have the kettlebell bar and push up grips.
I'm giving this two stars because the quality is nice and the adjustable dumbbell/barbell is great to have in a small space. However I thought about only giving one star because there is no kettlebell bar and grip handles to make a kettlebell, which is specifically why I bought this product. I am mad that I did not receive the products that are shown and advertised. I will probably return it because I can buy an adjustable dumbell/barbell only set for cheaper.
