Almost a perfect fit
If you have a very wide foot I wouldn’t recommend these. My husbands foot barely fit in them. The features on this thing are pretty cool though.

Very small
I have a tiny foot and usually wear a kids 3 and a womans 5 which matches a size XS. However this runs small. It was way too tight. The boot itself is good quality.

Serves it's purpose
It serves it's purpose but the velcro is crunchy sounding when I walk. Also, the boot liner and velcro straps don't match up to get the snug fit I was expecting. It gives enough support for what I need and I like the curved sole.

So helpful in the healing process
I broke my foot the urgent care sent me to the ER and then they said no break but that I must have rolled and sprained my ankle (my ankle never rolled in the incident). 2 weeks late got seen by the ortho and confirmed my ankle and foot hand breaks. This did such a great job I got to use it instead of a cast. I live in a 3 story house and crutches weren't easy to get around this helped a lot I only took it off when showering or in bed. I am 440lbs and work this for 8 weeks it held up great

BEWARE
If you are getting this boot to immobilize the ankle, do not get this boot! The boot allows the ankle to move freely (dorsiflexion and plantarflexion). The hard plastic on the back ends below the heel of the foot. They used the air bladder to support the heel of the foot up towards mid calf. The arch support is horrible in this boot. It feels like a hard plastic or metal rod that sits right under the arch of the foot. I have inserts to try to eliminate the painful impact of each step, but it's just not enough. Air immediately leaks. Pretty disappointed in this product since it's "fsa and hsa" approved product! The weight feels heavier than a tall aircast, but tht could be because of lack of support for the ankle.I just got a total talus replacement surgery and just started weight bearing. I do not feel safe in this boot.

Poor quality and defective
The boot initially seems ok and well made. The inside part of the boot, the black insert that wraps about your foot and leg, does not have any Velcro or anything to keep your foot immobilized in the frame of the boot. So, end result, your foot slides in and out and it makes the process of immobilization very frustrating and nearly impossible. My 11 year old wore it for 2 days tread was already breaking down and worn off, had to get a different boot. This one only lasted 2 days

Does the job
I purchased this boot per doctor's orders to help my sprained ankle heal. It seems to do the job. It's heavy and clunky, but that's the nature of a boot. I wear a 6 1/2 shoe and ordered a small. It fits pretty well, though a tad big because I have a narrow foot and calf.

Excellent Quality - has great support and easy to remove
Excellent Quality - has great support and easy to removeI had surgery on my foot and when the doctor removed the Splint they gave me a post operation shoe. This did not provide any support or protection and I feel I needed something similar to the splint that I could put on and remove as needed. I found this Brace Direct Boot and this is excellent.
