Nice machine and awesome customer service
Awesome machine, use it often. Good quality, feels gym quality. The customer service at Deltech is incredible, had a couple minor issues they took care of me and then some. I ended up buying a few other pieces of their equipment based on the quality of this and the way they treated me.

Missing bolts
This machine met my expectation. It's very sturdy, almost commercial grade. Great for the home gym. My kids (14/15 Years Old) work out on it without me worrying about a spotter. Only issue I have is that they did not ship the proper bolts. I think they send a double packet of bolts instead of one and one. Cost me about $18 purchasing the proper bolts (I did it during Christmas). The kids didn't want to wait for the company to ship me new ones (I'm sure they would have made it right.

Not as advertised
Advertised as new. Repainted on parts with different paint. Paint peeled off during assembly in large quantities. Not all hardware was included. Very poorly packaged. Weight rack works but not worth the price. Felt misled by seller.
