I'm a programmer, and I got this duck to replace the smaller version that was stolen from my desk. This one came with a splotch of touch-up paint between the eyes and a few more I would care less about around its head. How am I supposed to taking him seriously when talking through a problem? The hat has a ridge in ridge in the plastic on the underside that keeps it from seating properly. It falls off constantly. What kind of cowboy can't keep his hat on? As you can see in the pictures, it also has several places where the plastic is so thin it's almost transparent. Isn't collectable supposed to indicate a level of quality? When paying almost $20 for a friggin rubber duckie, I expect at least functional. Now the seller has demanded pictures before accepting a return. The value of that time investment means I should have just tossed it. As a side note to the manufacturer, it would be nice if you could open the packaging without destroying it. YMMV. Check the seller reviews. You have an almost 1 in 5 chance of being upset about doing business with Ducks in the Window.

I actually bought this as a gift, but when I opened it up I really wanted to keep him, he’s so cute!

We though this ducky was super cute for our son. Well the design is not great. The cowboy hat that the duck is wearing is so top heavy that the duck doesn't float :( Sort of defeats the purpose. My son still loves splashing around in the bath with it, but it only floats on it's side. Might want to rethink the design.
