Works as expected, good price

Having purchased piping components for both personal and business reasons, I had high expectations that I would receive a well-made item and I was not disappointed. It was marked '304' (for 304 stainless steel) as I expected it would be, the NPT threads were well cut with no burrs or broken ridges, and the barbed end was well made with sharp corners to retain (correctly-sized) tubing firmly. Only needed one of these for a mash pot but would definitely buy again based on quality and price.

It works great! Exactly as advertised and is high quality. I'll get many years of use out of it. I use it to connect tubing from my brew pot to my wort chiller.

works well, as expected

It's a well made barb. I use this to transfer fermented beer into a keg. The 3/8" size is a bit narrow for, say, pulling fresh wort out of a brew kettle (you want fast flow for fresh wort, to minimize time and maximize potential aeration), but it's just right for transferring green beer where you want to keep the flow rate down. It's nice and solid, and the barb is well machined. I like this a lot.

Oh what can I say, it's a barb. Decent machining quality, stainless.. so that's a plus. Well made, fit my needs perfectly.

GREAT...just as advertised, just what I wanted.The price couldn't be better but shipping time was a little long. I'm rebuilding the stainless drain pan under 6 beer taps. This fits the 1/2" coupler and then I attach a 5' drain hose to a 5 gallon bucket.
