Both filters arrived defective and cut the flow of water to almost nothing.
I never write reviews unless I can save other customers an irrititating and avoidable problem.Both filters arrived non-functional/defective and you could audibly hear the clog in both of them while in use. Both came out of the box reducing our water to almost nothing except a weak trickle. 5 minutes to fill a small cup type trickle...Sent them back and, even with a postal confirmation of my return, they claimed they did not receive the return and charged my card anyway...Ridiculous product and company based on my documented experience, so I will never buy again.Bought a competing brand on Amazon and they worked great immediately.
