Rockingham Forge 18/10 Stainless Steel Universal Parmesan Cheese Knife with Riveted Wooden Rosewood Handles

Got all of these as a set for my Cheese Loving Cousin and she lives them

Do not buy this product! As a professional chef you’d want the best knifes within your preferred budget or well known products and this is neither and you’d like them to arrive on time especially if you’ve paid the extra money to get next day delivery, but no they didn’t deliver it on time it was actually delivered two days late which in my opinion isn’t good costumer service. It’s not a “rockingham forge” product as they claim and it’s made out of cheap material and yes I know it’s only for cheese witch is quite soft but you’d still expect a sturdy product not a cheap Chinese made knife the rivets in the handle are loose and obviously don’t go through to the other side through the tang of the knife, therefore not making it a sturdy product it feels like it would break instantly if it were to be dropped accidentally. Personally coming from the professional point of view I know it’s a cheap knife but I wouldn’t bother wasting your money on this product!

Great cheese knife and brilliant at cutting a variety of foods on small plates whilst eating …… ergonomics work very well !!!
