Could these be used with a molle system?

Molle system has away of joining things together as this belt loop is not part of the system. You can improvise an thread the loop in one of the molle loops and it will need some adjustments.

Do they conceal better than a clip?

They wrap over the belt and a clip can go under the belt.. they allow for better movement on the other hand so it depends on the scenarios you practice Also they are easy on clothing and do not snag on anything

Will these fit around a military issue web belt? Do they come in other colors? How long are they?

Hi, Yes, our Pull The Dot soft belt loops accommodate any belt that is 1.5"and unfortunately, we do not have any different colors.

Not exactly sure, but kind of a flexible plastic/rubber/nylon type of material. It is pretty durable & strong.
