Do you know, having only taken this for a week or so, I think I started noticing a few benefits. My slightly sore knee was starting to ease: almost without my noticing, I was finding it easier to bound up the stairs.But.4 days ago I noticed I was beginning to get some *dreadful* indigestion. Really, agonisingly painful, right in my solar plexus; it was bad enough to keep me awake at night. I didn't make the connection, so I took it again two days before yesterday, and had the same problem. Hubby had an "Aha!" moment and thought it may be the collagen, so I didn't take it the day before yesterday, and by yesterday, the indigestion was mostly easing off, and today there haven't been any problems at all.I looked up if marine collagen is known to cause indigestion and, oddly, it seems lots of folk take it to help with it! By all accounts, though, this specific collagen is meant to aid in gut health and normalize stomach acid levels, so maybe its fixing something in my stomach is what caused it... but it was intolerable.But, I do think the product itself is a good one, and my stomach might just be a weirdo, so I wouldn't want to give it a lower score than 3.

These capsules contain biotin and collagen, two ingredients I've been taking regularly for some time.Normally I take them separately, the collagen in powder form (which is messy and sticky) and the biotin in gummy form (expensive but nice). These are just plain capsules that go down with a sip of water and have no taste at all.They seem to be effective (I've not noticed any more pain from switching to these for the past week) and still keep my hair and skin feeling more supple too. Certainly as good as other collagen capsules I've recently reviewed. There's no price at time of review, but others I tried at £15 for a month's supply were very similar.The flat box makes them easy to post through the door, assuming you've not got something else on order in which case they'll come in a bigger box that won't fit!

You get 60 capsules in this container and if you take the recommended dosage of two daily then they will last a month. You are getting 1000 mg of collagen for every serving so that will be two of the capsules. It is nice that they have went for a vegetarian capsule rather than cheaper nastier gelatin. However as the collagen is Marine Drive this obviously isn’t a vegetarian product but is handy for people who want to avoid gelatin. Get a good date on these and you have a bout 18 months from ordering before the best before date occurs. There is no price on the product page at the time of writing so it is a bit difficult to judge the value for money here.

If you are a first time user of collagen tablets, these particular tablets would take a bit of getting used to. They are quite large to swallow and leave a bit of a taste in the mouth, I am unsure if this is because I felt like they were still in my throat.I do like how they are enhanced with lots of other vitamins in particular vitamin C. I did feel like my skin tone was much better as well as hair growth. I have joint hypermobility syndrome but I felt with these tablets flares were not as painfulYou have to take 2 capsules per day so this would last for around one month.

Been taking these for a few weeks, my hair and nails feel healthier & growing alot faster, also feel like I have more energy but im not sure at this point if that is some sort of placebo affect, time will tell.They are large tables i struggle sometimes too get them down that's the only negative I can say, but that's not the products fult.There are well packaged can be stored away easily, and the instructions & what's in the tables are nice and clear on the side.Overall I would recommend them, as my hair and nails do look more healthier & you can definitely see the difference!
