I've been taking this product for almost two years now. I was on two different meds/thyroid supplements for decades which were supposed to be natural vs. synthetic. One product was hard to get and the other formula was changed causing side effects. I got off the meds and began this supplement. I haven't had any issues with my thyroid since. It seems to be in check. Of course, I eat right and exercise which helps, too. I find this product to be very helpful and also affordable. The ingredients are a good match for me. I recommend giving it a try.

I love this supplement!!!! For years I have insisted to doctors that I need help with my thyroid, I have all the symptoms, however the tests always show that I am "barely" within the normal range and they would never do anything to help me. I started doing research on my own, taking various supplements here and there to battle certain symptoms, but nothing really had great results. I finally came upon this little gem of a supplement, and who could resist trying this all-in-one type of supplement that helps all of your symptoms? I could feel the difference in just the first few days! I actually feel like a human! I'm not fighting falling asleep at my desk at work, I'm not dragging through my day, the brain fog is clearing, I have normal hunger cycles and my gut feels fantastic, and my crackly dry skin is finally healing up too!!! My only concern is that it may be interfering with my sleep, but I'm not sure what is "normal" for sleep per se, because I used to be able to sleep any time, any where, and for hours. Never had trouble sleeping straight through the night and could even go as much as 10 hours if not disturbed. Since I have been taking the supplement, I can't seem to get more than 4 to 5 hours at night even though I never need to nap now, and have difficulty falling back to sleep (if I even can). Anyone else have this issue? I just don't want to have issues down the road because of sleep deprivation (though I can't say that it's not a nice change of pace, lol!), and am hoping that it's maybe just a leveling out period? Or is it possible I really only need 4-5 hours and can be healthy? I'm still on my first bottle.

OK so, I did feel a difference after drinking this. I was less tired, slept better thou, The energy picked up slightly (ok), less body ache, and did feel quite relax, and it did improved bodily function (#2 if you know what I mean)not a much as others reviewed. I was normal without a problem (I was quite happy about that); keep drinking your water thou. Nevertheless after 2-3 weeks of drinking this, I went for my docs appt., they draw blood (I'm feeling great & looked great) but I get a strange call from my endocrinologist 3 days later saying I was really low on my T3 T4 hormones and decided to increased my dosage 🤔. Mind you I rarely drink my prescription because it makes me sick after 4 days of taking straight (for which I have complaint over & over) every time, so I'm always looking for natural remedies and that's why I'm ordering it again and getting a 2nd opinion.

Doesn't work

I have autoimmune disorders---fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome. Apparently, once you get one, your body decides to collect them. I noticed my 'wintertime' flaky, dry skin was still ongoing, despite it being late spring. My nails had started breaking worse than ever, and my hair was coming out. Doctor was of no help. One day, I noticed HORRID body odor. I looked up 'change in body odor', and two things came up: menopause---which, I'm at the right age, and Hashimoto's disease. For Hashimoto's, I had nearly EVERY symptom. I take this info to my doctor and ALL she did was run a thyroid test. The reading I did shows you can get a 'normal' thyroid reading and STILL have Hashimoto's. I fired her. She was NOT helping. I started ordering this supplement every month, not expecting results for at least a couple months. Haven't noticed my hair on my head coming back just yet, but, the rest of my body hair? I suddenly have hairy legs and arms! Arm hair is fine, not noticeable, but both arms and legs used to be very fine and extremely patchy. Few here, few there. No real difference in mood, depression, etc, but with other disorders, I can understand why. My weight, instead of going up on my diet of air, is now slowly starting to go down again. Dry skin is gone. Nails have stopped breaking. And, it proves my doctor wrong. Just because they paid a lot of money for medical school, doesn't mean they have all the answers, nor that we can't find our answers via the same ways they gained the knowledge. I hope this will keep working for me in the long run. Edited to add: The hair that is coming back in is coming in dark instead of grey! Edit again, Feb. 1, 2018: I haven't coloured my hair since October, where I used to desperately need to every other month because it was so grey. It need some, but nowhere near as severe as it usually would be after just 2 months.

I had every symptom of hypothyroidism. Exhaustion (like I could sleep for 12 hours and still feel like I stayed up all night), weight gain (I gained two pounds in a week of dieting and exercising), hair loss, swelling in hands and feet, spiraling depression, etc. My primary doctor tested my thyroid twice for these symptoms and the test results did not indicate a thyroid issue. I explored everything in between from diabetes to estrogen dominance and nothing helped my symptoms and they kept getting worse. Finally, two years after the symptoms started, I decided to order this product just for kicks and within TWO DAYS my symptoms started clearing! I have so much energy I can hardly sit still, I've stopped gaining weight, my mood took a complete 180, and my hands and feet stopped swelling. I couldn't believe it! I am so relieved I finally feel human! I'm debating getting a new primary doctor! I did start noticing a few symptoms start cropping back up after a week so I went up to 3 capsules and it evened out again. I'm going to try to follow up with an endocrinologist for more information.

Update: This worked great for a month or so. Then we noticed our moods were getting unbearable, things that we would usually shrug off where a capital offence. I now needed 2-3 times the coffee and we were constantly craving sugary foods (not good!). I miss calculated on a replacement shipment, THANKFULLY, so we ran out for a week and I am so glad we did! Yes I still feel a bit sluggish and my hair is not my best friend but the side effects are not worth it. Some may not have these issues but I figured I had to share so you know what you may be getting into. We will be looking for Thyroid help elsewhere. Suffering from text book poor Thyroid function, Could not make it through the day with out either a nap or extra coffee and still sluggish. I felt worse then DORY from finding Nemo with my inability to remember the simplest things, like just walking from one side of the house to the other and forgetting why. My hair brush was also my worst enemy I felt if I lost anymore hair I was going to have to look int so hair regrowing stuff. Many more I could list but then I tried these!! We have tried many thyroid support combinations from complete pills like these, to individual vitamins and many different brands. The others gave some relief from the symptoms but not enough that I felt I was functioning at my true height. After one dose I noticed a major increase in energy I finally wasn't a walking zombie all day!! After a week my hair loss has all but stopped and my memory is getting better. All the way around I have seen much improvement, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting to take there life back from their thyroid!

Okay at first I was a little worried due to the significant amount of weightloss I have had using these. I was extremely over weight, I’m talking about almost 270 lbs overweight, I ordered these vitamins along with IDORAL not even a full month ago and I had to comeback to the questions and the reviews to see if the rapid weightloss is normal. I have lost 29.7 lbs as of today. At 1st I had to ask myself what have I been doing different to result in such weightloss and the only thing I have been doing different is taking these vitamins so I knew it had to be these vitamins. After reading all the reviews I see some do experience weightloss. After years of trying to get my weight under control I have finally figured out why I wasn’t loosing weight and have found the perfect thyroid pill to help me loose the weight as well help with getting my thyroid issue under control.
