Best GlutenFree Pasta for Taste
The worst thing about a diagnosis of Celiac is giving up sourdough bread and pasta! Jovial fixes one of those woes with this brown rice pasta. Two good things put it above other brands: 1) it stays firm and doesn't fall apart after cooking and 2) easiest cooking ever as 12 minutes cooks it perfect every single time! I even reheat the pasta with a little water for 1 minute, then let it cool while I cut up veggies for a pasta salad. No other pasta stays firm and together for that! There's no corn either (which does not belong in pasta in my opinion!). My husband even eats it. And brown rice is good for youCome sin spaghetti, penne, elbows, lasagna noodles...take your pick. Try it and you'll like it the best, too.

Best brown rice pasta--no gluten!
If you want gluten free pasta that tastes just like regular semolina pasta, this is the one! I've tried many and this one doesn't boil over, keeps its consistency and flavor for days in refrigerator (doesn't break down), and when I serve it, no one can even guess it's brown rice!! Don't bother with others!

My favorite gluten free penne
Costo used to sell the Jovial penne in a 3-lb box, but they discontinued. So of course I checked Amazon. The smaller sizes cost more than I'm willing to pay, but this 12 pack is a great value, and pasta will last a long time in the pantry.I've tried lots of different GF pastas, and this Jovial brand penne is by far my favorite. Cooks up solid (some GF pastas just fall apart), and the flavor is good. They expand to almost double the dry size so you end up with a lot for the original volume.

This is the best GF pasta. It holds up to sauce, baked dishes and cold salads. No mushy pasta that falls apart and tastes amazing.

Did the recipe change?
I really love this brand normally. I buy a lot of it. But the last two times I’ve bought it the pasta has crumbled upon cooking. You can’t even pick up a noodle without if chipping pieces off. I have no idea what’s going on. Then you just have a crumbled mess of cooked pasta that is unappetizing. I’m hoping it was just a manufacturing error? I’m not sure what to do with the whole case I bought. But I hope it gets better.

My Favorite Gluten Free Pasta
No mushiness; perfect texture; similar to wheat pasta. Their egg pasta / tagliatelle is even better though more expensive.
