Very well made, but room for improvement.Now working as it should, no thanks to design flaws.Please note!

First off, this cool bag actually looks quite sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. There is quite a 'but' to this though... The performance is poor at best.After a bit of investigation, it seems they've cheaped out on the fan inside the box. The external fan is at least 20mm in thickness, but the internal is only about 6mm, which in turn just cannot generate any real airflow.After having replaced the fan for a better one, the cool box just works so much better! Just a shame you have to spend even more money just to make the thing work properly...Also one last thing, it's certainly worth investing in a better DC input cable. The supplied one is shockingly poor quality.*UPDATE*After only two months, the product has completely died. Also to make matters worse, the stitching that holds the product together is simply falling apart. I haven't even used it that much, or even had any weight in it. Overall, a poor product which is simply not worth the money.My cool box that I purchased from Aldi for £35 is still going strong. In contrast, it is 3 years old, and has suffered the abuse of a building site daily!

Looks good and seemed to be just what I needed. In reality, barely any perceptible difference after two hours of being turned on. In a word, useless.How hard can it be to design a powered cool bag that actually works...?

Box been opened on arrival, mouldy inside, look like it been used and return from a customer but selling it as a brand new product.

Bought this for son-in-law for pontoon and fishing days. He loves it.

Use it on our boat! Keep veg and fruit in it ! Perfect!

Wouldn't even turn on, I checked the cord and the plug,, it was definitely the unit that was faulty. Unfortunately because I bought it to drive across Canada,, instead I ended up with a cooler of spoiled food and had to eat take out most of the way. It it worked, I would have given it 5 stars. It looks well made, loved the size of it,,, just unfortunately I got a defective one.

I took one trip with the unit, which worked fine in the car and hotel room. The size fits my needs to store drinks and some smaller food items. Extra storage and a place to store your cord is a big plus for me. I have had larger units in the past but I don't really need all that now.

MADE IN CHINA !!!!! First one bought had a noisy fan that was hitting something internally, Company replaced on warranty. Second one was worse. Took it apart only to find the cooling fan hanging by 1 screw and the noise was the fan hitting the internal wiring. I requested another less expensive model, made in North America. Company refused. Company replaced with another made in China product. Atrocious quality control. It took 3 coolers before I got one that seems to work properly.I SHOULD HAVE SENT THIS BACK TO AMAZON AND BOUGHT ONE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.Big Name, Big Price, Big Mistake, Made In China.
