Bought a similar silicone frame for my wife's vehicle and it was a bit of a struggle to insert her tag into the silicone frame. So, I thought I would give this one a shot for my truck. It was actually a buck or two cheaper than the first one I ordered. This frame seemed to be a bit more flexible and it was much easier to insert our South Carolina tag. If I order another in the future I would definitely pick this frame. Not flashy, just functional. That is all I needed. The included screws were too small, no big deal, I just re-used the old screws. We'll see how it holds up, but it works as stated.

These are a cover made for license plates out of rubber. A rubber cover for protection. I bought them. First time I ever enjoyed a rubber cover install. These are keeping the goods contained and yet you can still basically see the whole thing. Really compliments the unit.

I was tired of looking at a bare license plate, as I'm the type of person to always have a frame around it. When I came across this product, the minimalist design and silicone material sold me, as my state does not like when you cover up the state name as most plates do. The install was super easy.. took less than 5min to put on, the durability is superb, and it finally stopped the annoying rattle I was hearing. Very clean design, and functions as it should. It came with plenty of hardware to use vs the current ones I had, and these bolts were actually better than what I had originally which is a plus. If you're looking for a minimal frame that shows your license plate 100% visibly, it's a must have, and also comes in different colors. Will definitely purchase again in the future!

Much more attractive than the gawdy dealer-installed frames. My license plates fit in the frames perfectly. Don't believe the reviews which say it's too hard to insert the plates. Yes, it's tight initially and requires a little stretching, but it's an easy stretch and only took about 15 seconds for each plate. Once the plate is inserted, the plate is secure in the frame with no movement. As reported, the provided bolts do have very small heads, but I never intended to use them. I bought allen head bolts with wider heads which match the Lexus specs (M6x15) to fit the factory provided backing plate. Note: the allen head bolts will deter most thieves who only carry a phillips screwdriver capable of unscrewing 99% of plates.

I installed these on both my vehicles and cannot say enough about my satisfaction. The only con for me is that the heads on the included screws are on the smaller side. When installed, they do touch the frame on the top and bottom of the license plate holes, but just barely on the top. A 3/16ths inch increase in the head diameter would be about perfect. Having said that, I greatly appreciate that there was a plethora of included screws, and that the screws were painted black, and that the screws are on the small side compared to most other license plate screws I have dealt with. The screws are designed to blend in rather than stand out which makes for a pleasing aesthetic. The silicon is sturdy and just the right size. Some people report difficulty in getting it over the license plates, but I recommend 1) wearing some light gloves to protect your hand from getting cut by the license plate and 2) using a dull pencil to install. I placed the frame in as much of the silicon as possible, then inserted the pencil, slid it around the frame and under the silicon lip taking care not to puncture the silicon frame. It slipped on in no time flat. The frame has a simple elegance (a great perk for me), and is just the right thickness. It will protect my vehicle from plate and frame scratches, and should last a long time. Great product for the money! Oh, perhaps the biggest pro is this: my wife loves them!

Nice product! I just bought this car recently. The dealer had used a metal license plate frame. Every time I closed the hatch it would rattle. I discovered when installing this frame then the metal one had already scratched the paint a little. (I’ll get a paint pen to rough that up to ensure it never rusts). I’m glad I got this installed before the scratches got any worse! This silicone frame completely eliminated the rattling. Very secure and lips nice. NOTE: Be sure to install it right side up. There are drain vents in the bottom of the cover. The logo is imprinted on the back of the product, so it’s very easy to tell which way is right side up (plus, you can see the little vent holes) - but you do need to be paying attention at least a little 😎

I don’t write a review for everything that I buy, but when I’m legitimately impressed with something I like to point it out for anyone else looking for something similar. This is a really nice license plate frame, especially for the low price! Seems like a very high quality silicone pad that fully surrounds your plate - the edges have a slot that rolls over the edge of the plate so no sharp surfaces are exposed. It comes with new black painted metal screws - both machine threaded and also self tapping types so you have everything you need. The pad itself is a good thickness and protects your car finish while also eliminating any possible rattles - great for hatchback SUV’s. Highly recommended.

I got a pair of the black ones. They fit the current MA plates perfectly. Just slightly stretch the rubber frames around the plate, and adjust it so it is as even as possible. They are made of floppy rubber, of a medium thickness. Then are not rigid, and so they rely on the plate to keep themselves in place. This is no issue at all with the rear plates, as they use four screws and are held flat against the car. It provides a nice protective layer between the sharp-edged metal plates and the new car finish. Be sure to bring them along with you when picking up a new car, so that you can put them on immediately. The front plate on my car is only held in place with the two top screws, so this item does not act as a rigid plate holder or bracket. But when the top screws are firmly in place, the plate only has a bit of wiggle movement, and the rubber still acts as a nice protector. I plan to upgrade to a rigid front bracket that properly fits the car, but this is nice in the mean time. Once installed, they not only provide protection behind the plate, they also provide a narrow, minimal frame around the plate, which looks great, and is a subtle but noticeable improvement over a bare plate. I did not use any of the included screws, but it appears that the pointed screws are the same as the standard plate screws.

Fits Ontario plates perfectly. And after 1 year is still nice and bright. That's all you need to know. Now go get some flavour on your plates.

Like others have said it fits perfectly on a Quebec plate. I’m looking forward to see if the color will stay as is since it’s rubber and if it will survive winter since it’s soft rubber but for now it looks seamless with the black plastic of my car.

Exactly what I wanted, minimalist, and protects the paint finish. When you close the Rav4 rear hatch the liscence plate will rattle against the paint and will eventually scratch it up, this liscence plate cover eliminates that problem, no rattle now on closing, snug up and its perfect. It looks sleek and modern minimalist which was exactly what I was looking for. And if you are planning on blacking out your Rav4 then this is for you as well! Anyone who has a Rav4 knows that the liscence plates requires very specific bolts so the cheap screws that came with it were a non-issue. Highly recommend!

Was super easy to install, I used other screws because I didn't like the silver ones that were delivered but once I put it on it looked great. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a little more customization.
