Q: Can this be used for airbrush makeup foundation?

Nope! Its called mini but for the purpose of painting. For make up, its huge. I use mine for painting metal in furniture using a 50L compressor. Forget it, this is not what you are looking for(If I understood your question).

Q: How much compressed air (scfm) is needed ? (scfm)

depends on what you are spraying. I use mine to paint Guitars and usually have the air set to 35 .

Q: I see a wire(chord) attached but it doesn’t appear that it’s included with the spray fun. Do I need to purchase something else in addition to gun?
