I have ordered this 4 piece set four times and I really like the sizes and sturdiness of these boxes. I store everything in them from off season clothes to sheet music in my music studio. When we travel from Michigan to Florida for the winter we use several sizes packed tight with food and supplies. They seem to have a tight seal and we haven’t broken one yet. One arrived with a broken edge but I fixed it with clear packing tape. The first set of 4 is 1.5 years years old. My husband stacks them high in our garage so I hope they hold up for many years. I’ll update if they start breaking or if I receive some that are damaged.

I love these bins! I have a bunch (20+) and an occasional one will come slightly damaged. I’ve never returned since they are still usable, 2 of 20+ have had issues: one handle broke and one small crack from shipping. Still great and I’m sure I’ll get more. If you want perfect ones, I’d go to a store but who wants to do that hahaha .

These storage boxes are, as described on Amazon, well made and sturdy. Top fits closely to the box with a layer of foam at the joint. One of my four boxes arrived with one broken latch (shown in blue on the product photos). I contacted the vendor through Amazon and they quickly shipped several latches. Would not hesitate to purchase this brand and product again.

These have worked out well for storing my grilling and griddle tools in so that they stay on the patio with the grill but they also stay clean and ready to use. It was hard finding good quality, sealing, shallow containers like these.

I've been searching for the 44qt size container for quite some time. It's been sold out on the IRIS USA website for forever. I was leery of ordering this set as many reviews complained that the bins were damaged in shipping. Mine came in a cardboard box with absolutely no attempt at packing. Only one lid was very slightly damaged, but still usable. Maybe if they added some of those air-pillow thingies that one lid might not have arrived slightly damaged. Happy that I didn't have to deal with the nightmare of returning this order. The 44qt size is very practical/useful. I still have to find a use for the 26.5qt size, but for now I'm storing out of season clothing in them.

Good storage

The lid on the bottom of the pack is cracked and unusable. I have had this problem with this brand before but I buy again for the ones that aren't broken I am able to use. Nevertheless, given that I am paying for 4 lids and can only use 3 of them, it is very expensive. I get this kind because I like the way it seals, when it works. Cracked lids will not seal.

Half of the lids are broken, mostly on internal tabs. They otherwise seem pretty sturdy and I'll still use the set, but I wouldn't order these again.

Durable, lids fit well, clear plastic makes it easy to know what’s inside.

These do not have a vacum-like seal, unless you're planning on melting the seals shut or something equally ill-advised. The foam seals are fine for keeping most dust out, but they will not prevent mold, mildew or other moisture from getting in to the container, since they are neither airtight nor watertight. The contents of these storage boxes will get wet if the box is sprayed by a hose at the wrong angle, or if they're exposed to cooling and heating cycles. Otherwise, they're great, except that the latches break off easily (mine were all broken off in shipping!) and the seals can fall out of the lids.

As soon as we took the bins out of the box, my son accidentally broke a piece of plastic off of one of the bins where the latch goes. The rest of the bins are sturdy but just not where the latches go. We are using them for my son's little toys. He has Legos, connector pieces, little screws and metal pieces for a truck to assemble/disassemble. He just wants to separate all that and be able to reach everything easily. In case you're wondering, he has way too many Legos! (but he NEEDS all of those including his Minecraft legos x) )

The inner rims of two lids broke off, suggesting the material is quite fragile and can't withstand even light impacts. While the seal still works, I'm unsure if I would recommend this line of plastic products.

They arrived broken, the plastic storage boxes are broken on the sides, and top. I'm very disappointed with this order.Please refund this order for IRIS USA 26.5 and 44 Quart Combo in full.
