On first glace on opening the box, it was very confusing on what pieces go where and things along those lines, but after more inspection I ended up figuring it out. It is very smooth and great to use.

In 5 minutes or less this whole gym system was set up and is super easy to use. You’ll need adequate space in your house to set up everything, but it definitely makes you feel like you’re at the gym instead of in your garage. The hook attachment is large so if you’re like me and can’t find weights you can attach it to paint cans or anything to get your workout in.

This was the cheapest system I found. It works great, except the rope it comes with supports only 40lbs of weight. If you buy a gym cable separately you can workout with 100lbs and more no problem.Gym cable roughly $8- $20 . The movements and the resistance it what builds muscle. This gets 5 stars on my book .

I really would have liked to be able to load more weight onto this, but for the purposes of just being a wrist roller, it works! I think the weight capacity is 40lbs, and I'm not able to do much more than that, if any more than that with just my wrists.

Since COVID I’ve been adding to our home gym. Piece by piece. Trying to keep the pieces useful but small and not take up too much room.Useful item. My husband likes it the most as he can life a good amount with it, without the need for all the bulky gym setup.
