Great paddle
This paddle is very comfortable and has a good weight to it. The color is cute but I wish I would have gotten the one that matched my bag. Nice mid price range for a beginner.

Game Changer
Made in USA !The handle circumference is smaller and the length is shorter than the paddle I was using, making it a perfect fit for me.Love the purple / blue color.Highly recommend

Great Paddle But...
Great paddle but MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER YOUR WARRANTY!The Good:I bought this paddle as a step up from the beginner’s paddle I had. It’s super lightweight and very forgiving. As it says in the description, it’s for the all around player and I did find it to be the perfect balance of control and power. I chose the purple one just because I found it to be the most attractive and sure enough, I got lots of comments on how beautiful the gradient color graphics were. The Bad:The handle on mine broke after ONE RECREATIONAL SESSION! Luckily Amazon has a great return policy and I had no problem sending it back. If it had been after the 30 day period then I would have been out of luck. Because, you only get a few days to register your paddle for the 12 month warranty according to the paddletek website.*DISCLAIMER* Looking back I realized that this model, the G6, is an entry level paddle meant for weaker, beginning players. Being only 5 months in I figured I could get away with buying the least expensive model. That said, if you are looking for a step up paddle, I would go with the “Genesis” instead.

Handle snapped on me
I thought Paddletek would stand behind their paddle if the handle snaps. Because it was more than a year old, only lightly used, I’m in my own.Handle snapped just below the tape.I reached out to their warranty department and was denied a replacement. They offered 25% off a new paddle.

A lot of our guys are switching to the PaddleTek products.
They are high quality, have a good 'feel' and if you look hard, you'll find some of them at a discounted price. It was easy to change to a lighter paddle than I had expected. The 'soft game' seems easier with this new paddle, but if I want a put-away, I don't notice much of a power lag with the paddle. All in all, I'm very pleased with the unit.

My 6th Paddletek paddle
I like the phoenix series. Good weight and control. Reasonable price.

Broke on first use
6 warm up shots on first use and handle broke.I am going to ask for a replacement assuming that I have been very unlucky, but this sort of thing rather dents one confidence in something that has been reviewed so highly

Heavier than many other paddles
This brand was recommended to me by a friend that has been playing pickleball for 4-5 years. I have tried paddles from other players. I find that for my novice to intermediate level ( 1 month pickleball, played tennis before) a lighter paddle is easier to maneuver. I will update my review in a few months when I become more advanced.
