These seemed like a great idea, but did not work for me. They rolled up inside the shoe when I put it on and made things worse.

These used to be bigger and cloth. Now you have to use 2 or 3 and they are rubber and tend to want to roll up when you slip your foot in the shoes. Go back to the old ones.

perfect if you have trouble with corns. sticks really well and just right softness.I can finally walk 2 miles without my feet killing me. giant thumbs up for these.

These did the trick, for the most part. It is not easy to find cushions for areas that are not the heel (like underneath a stiff strap), and these fit in anywhere. I used four to break in new shoes and one of them shifted a little by the end of the day. I think that they will lose their stickability if taken off and re-used on other shoes.

The gel pads came in round which was great took up more space. Used them under the sandles, part where the top begins for pressure and worked very well.

I have a pair of new shoes that I adore but after a couple hours, they squeeze and rub in a couple spots and I find myself wrapping my little toe in bandaids and that's still not good enough. I put these in the shoes, and OMG they made all the difference! Wish I'd found these a long time ago!!

Cool idea but they don't really stay in place that well and add to the fit of the shoe
