I ordered both the L and the XL. I am 6 ft 3 and 13 stone and L was a snug fit and wasn’t for me. The arm length on Montane was good and both were good length with XL having slightly longer arms I have worn it out and waterproof is good. Packs down small although zip doesn’t seem to come around so it not a completely zipped in (there may be a knack to this) the pouch is mesh pocket material than waterproof. Zip is stiff generally but presumably that helps with seal. Overall great jacket.

Bought this back in October but only recently used it out at the weekend. Got caught in the tail end of a storm Feb 2020 plenty of them . Was out hiking in Scotland and was easily heavy rain and strong winds for an hour and I was bone dry when I got home. Used the jacket along with the montane waterproof pac plus pants. Absolutely delighted with the.

Bought this to use when walking the dog, so far kept me perfectly dry in our usual summer weather! Nice & light ideal for me

good light weight waterproof jacket ideal for summer and autumn weight is very light and takes little room when packed hood folds well into a collar with a small retaining loop on the inside of the jacket and unlike some makes little noise when moving around i hate rustling jackets

Fantastic light weight jacket, beautifully made and 100% waterproof and very breathable. I’ve never had any montane products before and I’m very impressed and will be purchasing more from this British company. BUY BRITISH 🇬🇧😍

Liked the lightweight goretex paclite fabric - not keen on the stiff zip - though it is meant to be waterproof, so will have to put up with it.
