Sized small. I wear a size 8 in blouses and I've ordered an extra large. It fits well using the last hooks. Not too tight and not too loose. It doesn't rub me overall. But by end of day, the last hook is rubbing a bit - but that's because by then my posture is probably not as straight as it should be.It's a gentle reminder to throw my shoulders back and stand up straight. My girls are small - 36b - so yes, it does a wonderful job of moving and holding them front and center but I have to put the posture shaper on first and bra second. Otherwise it looks odd but I think that's because I don't have enough upstairs to push back against the shaper. It's invisible under button up blouses, and most sweaters. I would have preferred a bra built into the shaper but I wouldn't want to try the hit and miss of ordering one of those online. That's a garment that demands an in store sizing and purchase.

I didn't order this for the purpose of posture correcting, so this review isn't based on that. I purchased this in hopes of smoothing out bra bulge plus getting a little extra push up. I got the largest size and it is slightly too tight (I'm a 34 DDD), but still functions alright and is wearable. It doesn't completely smooth out my back, but it helps, and it definitely gives some nice lift to your boobs. However it does start to get quite uncomfortable after wearing it for awhile, so anyone who's looking to purchase this for posture purposes, I would assume this isn't going to do too much for you.

I purchased this and another plot for my wife, she needed a larger or maybe extra large. We got it in, it's more like a small or medium small. She tried it, it cuts the circulation off of her in all places, barely can hock, she had to hold her breath in to do that. It would fit a small to medium person instead. I'm waiting to return it for a refund. Will adjust my review if or after I get a refund.

Too flimsy-no support

Fits well, and the support is great. Helps a lot with posture. I would definitely recommend for posture.

Do not order if you are plus size. The sides hold up well and keep that ugly bulge in check to give you a smooth look but the back bottom area is a waste. I love the cross section for posture control but this also digs in at the armpits so you can only wear every other day or you get to much chaffing

Way to big on me and I bought the smallest size. To be fair I am very small, 4'9 and 100 pounds. However I am a D cup bra so I figured this would work.

Works really well. I sit at a computer most of the day typically have neck and back pain after few hours. This definitely helps not a cure of course but have a lot less pain. It is not noticeable at all either. It's comfortable as well.
