These are very well made, but a little on the small side for men. I gave my husband the largest one and it was uncomfortably snug. They are a bit snug on me as well and I don't have large wrists. But they are beautiful! Pictures don't do them justice.As far as working, I use 1 on each wrist during the day and it seems to help keep some of the pain away. These are NOT strong magnets. They stick together, but not strong enough to draw other things to them. Overall, very happy with them.

Well, there are 2 parts to this review. my first part is to say these magnet bracelets are beautiful to have and wear with the changing of outfits. All of them go well with whatever you want to wear. Dress up or just loungewear, it helps to add a look to your arm.My 2nd part of this review is I also bought these magnet bracelets to use them as they have been described to work for helping to lose extra weight and clear up some minor pains around the joints.I have been tracking my experience with wearing the magnet bracelets every day for the past 4 weeks so far. I will be wearing them for a total of 12 weeks. I chose 12 weeks because every claim that I have read said the person was wearing them for 12 weeks. I have been comparing my results with the claims made on other reports around the internet that we all have seen. They always make those ads look so appealing so we will fall for them because we all want those types of results. As my four-week check-in compared to a report of 4 weeks, they claimed the woman lost over 40lbs in the 4 week time. In my own experiment, I have not lost 40lbs in that time. I have not even lost 20lbs. Or 10lbs.I am still going to wear them for the entire 12 weeks to fully complete this magnetic bracelet trend that we all see online and on social platforms. But I have doubts that I will lose my intended weight. Also, it has not made the pain in my arm around my joint leave, It is still there, every day. I do change bracelets every week. Since this is a pack, I want to give each bracelet a go. They are all the same strength so it should not matter which one you use. Hope this can be somewhat helpful for someone who may want to get these magnetic bracelets for losing weight or for pain relief. Just remember, everyone's body is different and reacts in different ways.
