Seems like someone couldn't find the proper inner ring, so crammed two into the outer rings, and they broke unsurprisingly... AND/OR as it is mid-December, they shipped out the dregs of their supply. I'll be utilizing the Amazon drop-off return policy today. Am sorely disappointed, I've had a couple of these frames that, while being plastic, hold the work in place and have a mechanism to hang it. I'm working on gifts. Will have to go figure out something else for my last four pieces of embroidery work!

Made of rubber & could not get it over the material easier. I would have preferred wood.
