Good replacement
This shift cable was used on a 1997 GMC Sonoma 2 door pickup with COLUMN SHIFT, 4x4 with torsion bar front end. Took 1 hour to disassemble and 2 hours to reassemble. Be careful around rusted fuel/brake lines. GM parts have been discontinued for these Sonoma/S-10 models.

Good overall product be more specific in description bout certain connections ...
Didn't realise where hooks to shifter were differant lengths . wasn't made aware to check if description states for 97 gmc sonoma floor shifter to me it should fit . I'm very mechanically inclined 2 hose clamps bottle cap works great ! Thanks good product
