Used these for the refrigerator in the garage. It makes it so easy to move it to access the storage behind it. I replaced the carpet pad with a rubber pad. It took about an hour to remove the platforms, strip off the carpet and added the rubber overlay (used a rubber runner bought by the foot from HD). The other reviews are right, the board on top of the metal plate is cheap but it is only for stapling down the carpet or in this case, a rubber cover. They are working great and they are beefy.

I needed to move a 12' Cast Iron Radiator - from an existing spot to refinish floors. Radiator was over 1000 lbs. Lifted the Radiator with a Jack from each side - slid these underneath - moved with ease. Great item.

They are not the most expensive but not cheep, I use these to put my plow on when it’s not on my truck and they hold up, fairly easy to roll

Warning! Can cause damage! We used these dollies to move a 900 lb gun safe (they are rated for 1000 lbs each so weight was not an issue). We laid the safe on its side so it wouldn't be tipsy during transport. The dollies slid around a lot while we were moving, but we were able to roll the safe well from carpet to hardwood to concrete and finally into a POD. When we tipped the safe back upright, however, we noticed significant damage to the safe. The whole side was gouged up. What we discovered is that the carpet padding on the dollies is a joke. There are screws underneath the carpet padding that basically protrude right through the padding and damaged the safe as we were moving. Sent inquiry to warranty. Don't know if they'll do anything for us but will post response when we get it. Moving light items might not be an issue but beware of putting anything heavy and flush on the padding!

We purchased these to move some heavy equipment. Well built and has good casters. As other reviewers note, the carpet is thin and the bolts that attach the carpet could scratch something placed on the dolly. I just removed the carpet at the beginning and replaced it with some 2x6 lumber, works great!

Very pleased with both the quality and functionality. Have used these dollies to move several heavy commercial grade weight machines and a very heavy piano so far. The hardest part was raising the equipment and piano onto the dolly platforms; but once they were positioned, the dollies made moving the items a snap. These heavy items would have snapped or crushed ordinary wood furniture dollies.

Easy to use, easy on your back. They will work on grass and solid dirt depending on the weight of what you are moving. I have moved a steel barn 10 X 14 and a spa with these rollers. I did have to lay plywood down to move the spa through the grass.

a lot smaller than i expected but ended up working out really well, got a lot of use out of them and will continue toEDIT: noticed i had originally given 4/5, but regardless of what i expected, the dimensions are listed so thats on me. ive used these many times since purchasing, mostly to move appliances and bedroom furniture, and theyve been great. theyre very sturdy. i still wish they were bigger, if the wheels get caught on something, the carpet doesnt always prevent slipping so extra surface area would help a ton and allow the wheels to be spaced further apart, helping stability.

I'm using these under tractor attachments, to make it easier to move them around and attach to a tractor when needed.. They seem to be able to handle the load of carrying heavy steel tillers, mowers etc.
