Quality product
Ordered 2 different varieties, 20 of each. 1 of them I received 22, the other 26. Incredible quality and very reliable. Within 5 days of planting they had already shown significant signs of growth and every one had survived.

Surprised afterall
When i first received this, I had to run back to my phone to make sure what I had ordered! They come root bare and they looked like dried twigs. I couldn’t see any of the plant. They come with no instructions so I had no idea what to do. I went and soaked them for an hour in water then went and potted them up for what I could see of them.Honestly the next day the leaves are bright green, happy standing upright. I mean I thought I’d be writing a negative review but so far they look good!I can’t review taste or anything as of yet but we shall see.

Started promising, but then all died
Bought the roots, soaked them as instructed on the site - no instructions came with them. At first planted them in pots as they literally arrived as bare roots. After about 3-4 days things looked promising as green leaves started to shoot. Then few more days later the leaves started to rot. Decided to replant them outside thinking maybe roots needed more space. A few showed some signs of recovery and could even see some blossom buds start to come through but the joy was short lived. All eventually died. And no, they were not over or under watered. They were planted in brand new soil with compost specifically for fruit plants. Ended up replacing them with healthy strawberry plants from homebase and garden centre.Really disappointed

Better off getting more expensive runners
I bought these cheap strawberry runners, and also some from a slightly more expensive supplier. There were few surviving leaves or roots, and they took a long time to recover. The more expensive ones were far better. Don't cheap out, the extra money is worth it.
