This was a bit too spicy for me, coming in at what I consider the high end of the 'medium' heat range. Not first bite of course, but if a salsa heats my mouth up to discomfort and inedible levels within several bites (this did each time I tried to use it), I consider that to be the high end of medium. First few bites, edible and tasty, but not for many bites after as heat grows.Also, much thinner of a salsa than I prefer. To finish this jar off, I will have to mix it with a mild, chunkier salsa and/or maybe some unspiced queso. Have to get the heat down. The addition of sour cream alone was not enough to reduce the heat for me.Probably wont re-buy this, but heat lovers may consider it closer to their tastes than lightweights like me. The flavor profile was true to the description (good smokiness), just too hot for me.

One of the best salsas on the market compared to what one would typically find in their local supermarket. It tastes fresh, like restaurant style. It’s so good. We add it to a ripe avocado and it’s simply delicious. I like the lil heat it has since most salsas are so bland.

This has surprisingly authentic flavor for a grocery store salsa, though it's not spicy. Good quality ingredients. Texture uneven, some bottles are ideal thick-but-not-too-thick consistency, some are watery. Good pantry backup for when you are out of homemade salsa.

Got the HOT by mistake, but love it

I LOVE this salsa, and can't find it anymore in my local grocery store. It's spicy and smokey and just delicious! I was so happy to find it here so I could order several jars at a time.
