Great product, fun to use, endless possibilities.
I purchased these dyes experimentally. I wanted to try and tie dye polyester fabric without using harsh chemicals or high heat. While the product is truly a paint (color sits ON TOP of fiber) and not a dye (color PENETRATES fiber) the paint is thin and flows much like dye making it ideal for water color or tie dye effects.I added a bit of water to the paint to help it go further. The tiny tubes are great to try many colors or if you were painting a small design but they aren't quite enough for a tie dye or full saturation of a shirt. Working with the paints was easy for tie dyeing because you just squirt the paint on, but I could see how they might be difficult to control while trying to paint a specific design. They are very liquidy so they have a tenancy to spread or wick through the fabric.I had a great experience with these paints and they worked like a dream for what I was trying to do. The color payout was fantastic, and the paints stayed bright and distinct even after they have been washed a few times. I will most definitely be using them in the future.

Pack was as advertised. Great paints easy to use. I've dyed many pieces of aida fabric and they are all vibrant and beautiful.

Loved all but two of the colors, held good in the wash
I got these and immediately started to play. I really loved all but just two of the colors and found that while they lost a good degree of vibrancy in the wash, I would still call them reasonably colorfast. if you are fabric dye-curious, here is a great starter. its a great day to learn about dye bleed, etc.

Worked great on canvas bags
Disclaimer: I'm a total crafting novice and don't really know what I'm doing. That being said, these worked great for my purposes. I decorated and personalized canvas bags to give as gifts for Christmas. All of the colors were great - very bright and vibrant on the canvas. I applied some with a small brush and some with a sponge brush and found it was easy to control where the paint went both ways. I also tried applying it directly from the bottle onto the fabric, but way too much paint comes out that way. I also bought the Textile-Color Exciter Pack from Jacquard. I don't really know what the difference is other than some of the colors, but the Dye-Na-Flow paint is slightly more runny / thinner than the Textile Color. The instructions say to let the paint dry 24 hours then iron the fabric for 3 minutes to set the color. I did this, but have not tested to see if the color really stayed.

No stiffness
I love how these work on cotton. It's like painting with watercolors. I wash the cotton first. After painting, I let the finished art sit for 24 hours, then I set with a hot ( no steam) iron for 3-6 minutes. I've washed two of my designs; 1) I washed by hand and dried in the dryer, 2) I washed the other with a load of towels in the machine with warm water and used the dryer. I wanted to make sure the design does not bleed or fade. Worked perfectly. I also love that there is no stiffness in the painted design. It 's like the color is imbedded into the cotton fiber.

Color will disappear if put in resin
Bought these to use in resin along with the lumiere and pinata set. These did not work for me for what I wanted them for. The color ink disappeared almost completely when put in resin. The pinata worked fine have not tried the lumiere ink. So if you are trying to make resin pieces with alcohol ink i would not recommend these. As you can see in my picture. Bottom left was using these, bottom right and top were done using pinata. I used the same or close to same amount of ink and they just disappeared.

Very vivid colors
I have used the Jacquard Dyna flow concentrated liquid color on lace to give it a beautiful water color look. It can be applied directly for intense vivid color. Or water can be added to make it more muted . I had put it away for a while and when I was ready to use it again I couldn't locate it. So, I reordered it. I cant wait to do some more dyed lace projects. There are a lot of you tube videos showing ways to use it. I really like it.

Turn something ordinary into extraordinary
A friend was kind enough to make white masks for my family. These dyes were the perfect ticket to make them works of art. The dyes are easy to use and the colors are vibrant.
