I had a problem with the first delivery and was very impressed by the customer service of this retailer, they answered my messages quickly and resolved the problem. The tag comes in a cute bag and is safely packaged in a padded envelope. The tag is just as described with my chosen word etched clearly. There was no ring to attach the tag to the collar so I reused an old one. UPDATED after writing this I checked the gift bag and found the ring to attach the tag, don't know how I missed it!

Brilliant quality but very long for papillon but not too much of a problem just need a smaller ring to attach I’d tag ,well worth the wait very good product very reasonably priced too , looks great ,very happy with this purchase

Este colgante para el collar de mi mascota ha sido la elección perfecta mientras le poníamos el chip de identidad. Se le grabó nombre y teléfono de contacto por si se perdía.Ahora ya tiene su chip y se lo pongo en ocasiones puesto que es muy elegante y un uso prologando le propiciaría un deterioro no deseado.Buena calidad de impresión y material aceptable. Presentación excelente y llegó antes de lo indicado.
