The little projector does a pretty good job. If you find the sweet spot in regards to the distance, focus, and keystone, you'll be in business. I just used it on the white wall in my bedroom, and it worked fantastic. Set up on a tripod and hooked to my soundbar and am on firestick, this made for a great movie experience.Keep in mind, it is an "affordable" option for a projector so don't expect $4,000 quality. It gets the job done and will be a nice backyard projector for the kids.

We purchased this projector to show movies outdoors for Saturday Night Corona Theater in our driveway. It's actually the second projector I purchased...the first one was not up to the challenge. The bulbs and brightness were generally equal, but the other one got really hot, didn't come with a cushioned carrying case, or the attachments. I love this little projector! It's quiet, even temperatured, very bright, and comes with a tripod, a little screw to create an angled projection, and a little remote and other attachments. It's got it all.I'm no sound technician, but I've used every connection available on this projector so far. The connections available for sound and inputs are perfect. HDMI is what we've used for video from the DVD player, and the red/yellow/white plugs for sound. But when I wanted to Chromecast from my phone, I realized the cables weren't going to work. I was in mid panic when I happened to see the little adapter (pictured) that was included! Saved our showing of Hamilton!The only thing that is at all weak is the tripod. The place you screw it in is located a little too close to the front of the projector. I find it difficult to balance. But I'm not willing to even remove one star for that. However, if there is ever a redesign, I would look to upgrade. The little screw-to-angle-the-front-up doesn't fit if the tripod is used. I wish that was able to always live in the projector, instead of removing it each time. But again, not bothered enough to remove a star.The bulb is bright enough to start cartoons just before dark outside. And once it's dark, the screen is BRIGHT! When we used it inside, it was bright even during the day. Love it, love it, love it.

Great little mobile projector and i like that it comes with a case. Picture quality seems good and bright which is what i wanted for outdoor movies. I own a high end projector for a movie room but I wanted this for the mobility and ease of use and it’s exactly what is provided. I used a FireTV stick in the HDMI port and it is powered by the USB port which is fantastic. Sound seems loud enough but i plan on using Bluetooth speakers with the fire stick. Will see how it holds up but for the price I am very happy.

My partner and I have gone through three projectors this year, all were about this price. The first lied about its resolution. It was too blurry and had to be returned. The second had watchable picture quality, but the lens slowly slipped out of place, making the bottom, then the rest of the picture illegible. The company offered to "repair" the projector after requiring us to foot the shipping bill and not have access to our projector for at least two months.Long story short: most projectors in this price range are absolute scams. This one is not. For this projector, I trusted reviews from Reddit not from Amazon (I know this is ironic, based on where you are reading this.) Amazon reviews are very easily gamed (Reddit reviews can be gamed too; it's just not as popular a form of scam art, yet). I, for instance, am only writing this review because VANKYO offered to give me a free Fire TV Stick if I prove I wrote one.That said, we've had this projector for months and it works like a dream compared to others in its price range. It actually has a keystone wheel (this turned out to be an essential feature), and it has an on/off switch on the actual projector so you don't always have to find the remote to kill the screen (I know, this sounds like a feature you shouldn't have to specify...) The picture quality so far outclasses the others we've tried in its price range that it felt like we saved a year's worth of bills at the optometrist.

I bought this projector to be able to have family time movies outside this year while having a campfire and s’mores. I was so excited to get my delivery and set it up to try it! It was raining outside so I wasn’t able to set it up outside but I quick threw up my screen in the garage and turned the projector on. The picture is better than I expected for the price of this projector! The photo is with daylight coming in the garage. Super simple setup. It took more time for me to hang my screen than it took for me to get the projector unboxed and running. Used my fire stick to stream movies. So happy with this purchase! Can’t wait for warm nights of outdoor movies with my family! Great deal!

It arrived within a day and was very easy/quick to setup. overall the unit performs fine. the only issue i can see people having is there is no zoom function meaning the projector needs to be placed the right distance away to fill the screen you are trying to project too. for the price i find that to be fine for my uses. hope this helps.
