Looks very nice and is sturdy. Drawers are spacious and close smoothly. Well made. Two things to consider. 1) The rear of the drawer does have a cut out to accommodate plumbing coming from wall, but if you want to install it higher than your current counter/cabinet (think: kid height to adult height), you'll need to move your wall plumbing. 2) If you have high water pressure, this faucet will send a tidal wave of water over the front of the sink. The sink is very shallow and the faucet's spout dispenses water to the front of the sink. When it hits the basin, it goes right up and over. We could have kept this faucet and just been careful not to turn the water on full blast, but we decided to replace it with a lower-flow faucet that dispenses water straight down.

It was great and just as described. The mirror is small though and you have to be careful of where you hang this on the wall relative to the pea trap because of the drawers. AS long as you plan for it, it will look and work great

This vanity is a great purchase for the price! You get all in one with this buy. It was somewhat easy to put together just read directions, the countertop and faucet are a great bonus to the package. The material for the vanity has a shine to it which manes it look more expensive. Would highly recommend buying this if you are looking for a simple upgrade finish to your restroom!

I love this piece, it was easy to install overall. The cabinets close quietly and transition smoothly. There ample space for storage and as you can see in the pictures counter space for hand soap and creams.Greatly buy

My only issue with the sink was the adjustment function for how it mounts to the wall. The included mounting clamp stripped out on one side when tightening it up against the wall. So I could not get it to sit flush since the screw will no longer tighten on one sided. I had to hide the gap in the wall with caulk. I don’t know how I’m going to remove it because both sides are stripped now and neither will loosen or tighten. Outside of that, the vanity functions great

My contractor installed it for me so I did not rate on Assemble. But the unit has a deep rich color and the texture on the surface feels strong and looks nice. The sink is on a small size but I like it that way. More room to put on my shaving stuff around it. Drawer feels heavy and sturdy. I really like it.

As other reviewers wrote the instructions are wholly inadequate! My handyman is a wiz at installations and I figured he could figure it out. Second, it does not work if you are retrofitting, but probably better for new construction. The only way we think it will work is if I sacrifice the bottom drawer. Third, the front panel arrived scratched on the edge! I now have my handyman professional and plumber on the site trying to figure out how to install this with existing plumbing. And if we have to send it back, it would be a nightmare to deconstruct and repack. This is not worth your time, frustration and money!

For my home the top and de mirror are gods the gabinete can be a little better
