Came with broken piece
Came with a cracked piece… how do I get a replacement? I don’t want to return the whole thing.

Broke after 1day
One piece arrived broken, when I got the replacement and put it together it lasted one day before the back broke right off the middle section when I sat down on it.

This product arrived with cracked wood
Disappointing, product arrived with cracks in one piece of the wood, did not notice it until it was almost completely assembled. Lots of pieces and takes a long time to assemble. Too much trouble to take apart and return so I will pay for item to be repaired myself. Not able to return one damaged piece. Would not buy again
