I bought this as well and i still can not open to get the diced garlic out, someone please detail how to retrieve the garlic after it is diced?

Is the pin supposed to remove from the hinge? Mine came and the pin was off and in the bag.

Is the container made out of glass? Also how well does it insulate the smell. I have a similar Gadget and the whole fridge stinks of garlic.

can I buy a new blade? Used it one time and had two blades bend.
