This journal is fantastic
We bought all of our staff members one of these for our wellness program. We've also been buying them for people who are in recovery for substance use disorders. Many of our employees have bought them for gifts for family members. I hope they come back in stock. Darn it.

Best Journal Ever!
I love this! I just got it today and I’m so excited to use it! At the beginning it walks you through how to do things, has coloring pages, and 12 weeks for journaling. I’ve never had a book like this before but I’d defiantly buy again!

Beautiful & Thought Provoking Notebook
I’m so happy with this notebook, it exceeded expectations! As the description started- new weekly theme (for 12 weeks) with a journal prompt + daily habit tracking/gratitude space/journaling pages. 10/10 would recommend!

Appreciated gift
I gifted this and the recipient was delighted. On arrival it was in perfect condition, I do believe the plastic wrapping is unnecessary but that is my personal opinion.The cover is beautiful with a lovely feel.The pages are good quality and contain so much information/guidance as well as lots of space for prompted journaling. You can record your daily intake of water, nutrition, amount of sleep, goals etc.The only thing I would change is to put all of the information/guidance in one section and then have blank dated pages with the journal prompts rather than setting it out in “week 1, week 2” etc.

Beautifully made note book / journal
Great notebook! Ideal if you don’t want to keep a diary but want to record your thoughts. I liked this design as it had a section on each page titled notes which gives you some flexibility. Ive bought it specifically to get through lockdown! There’s lots of great advice throughout the book and also some areas for doodling and colouring. Well thought out and would make a great gift.

Great little book
This is a brilliant book for anyone in need of a little mindfulness. The book feels strong and sturdy with a thick cover. The cover is lined with a beautiful textured fabric in my favourite shade of blue. Inside is a very helpful but simple and stress free journal. There is also plenty of exercises and colouring which I enjoyed doing in the evenings. The paper is good quality and doesn’t tear when colouring.I’d recommend getting some nice colouring pencils too

One of the best things I’ve bought!
A great tool and in a very short time it’s lifted my mood and not in a quick fix kind of way. Highly recommended for those who want some inspiration to be grateful for what you have rather than what you don’t have. Along with the daily journal alongside the notebook the weekly tasks are brilliant and adds some nice variety to mindfulness each week so you slowly build a rounded approach to mindfulness. After myself this is also a great gift for a friend.
