Awesome keyboard
It’s the first mechanical keyboard I’ve tried. Killer price for a pristine keyboard. It could be new actually, and the packing case just got a little torn up along the way- if I had to guess. I love it

Massive upgrade from older G Pro keyboard
Great feel, weight, and color. Absolutely no complaints. Solid choice for the money

Awesome keyboard
Fantastic keyboard - only wish it sounded and felt more like my G513 but oh well - still great.

Good replacement for the new G Pro
This is a good cheaper version of the new G Pro. However, if you have an older G Pro you should be aware that the new version is quite different and this one isn't interchangeable with that. Left photo is an old G Pro, right photo are the switches on this keyboard which are also on the new G Pro. Way louder and clickier and not as pleasant to type on. You really can't read the key caps on this keyboard unless you have the lights on. I was hoping I'd have spare key caps from my old keyboard for if these wear out based on other reviews, but I guess I won't since they're a completely different style. Just beware if you're replacing a G Pro that's pre-blue clicky switches.

Awesome looking keyboard and super reliable. Perfect for gamers.
I purchased this keyboard as my first real gaming keyboard. I used to rely on cheaper and unreliable keyboards that were terrible. The keyboard I got had blue switches, and the quality is great. They are not obnoxiously loud and annoying, which is great. The keys are very responsive and are nice and tactile. I did take one star off, as I do not like the spacebar, as it lacks a stabilizing bar and it feels flimsy. What I do find awesome is the app that you can install from Logitech. You can customize the RGB and decide which keys are turned off in game mode. The RGB also looks great on the keyboard, and Logitech provides awesome looking pattern and even makes it to where you can customize your own. Overall, this keyboard is made out of fantastic materials and will last you a long time.

Low Quality Product with Nonexistant Support
Numerous problems and no resolution from Logitech, this keyboard is now e-waste.Shortly after I purchased it, Logitech updated their G-Hub software and removed the best feature, which allowed users to create and share their custom RGB presets. Not long after that, the keycaps started showing signs of wear (see photo). The lettering on these keycaps are not PBT/solid plastic, they're painted on. So, high-traffic keys end up looking as you see here. This began well before the end of the 2-year warranty that comes with this keyboard, but I was unable to get any response from Logitech support about it. Lastly, the switch on the Left Control key started going, resulting in all manner of issues (failing to Copy selected text with Ctrl+C, failing to paste with Ctrl+V, etc). By the time that happened, I was just past my 2 year warranty, and Logitech will not even respond to my offer to *buy* new keycaps. They just don't answer. To add one final insult, Logitech used non-standard key shapes for several keys, meaning most third-party replacement keycap sets won't fit.I have since replaced this keyboard with a HyperX Alloy Origins TKL, and am much happier with their price, build quality, and software.
