TAJ Premium Indian Green Mukhwas, Candied Fennel Seeds (Saunf), 3.5-Ounce

I've tried a few different types of mukhwas over the years but came upon these green ones while picking up takeout and HAD to order a bag. I think the minty taste sealed the deal for me, along with the blend of different spices (as opposed to straight fennel and sugar). Is there rose flavoring in this one as well? It definitely has a certain perfume, but it's very pleasant and enjoyable.I took my time nibbling the tiny spoonful I'd gotten from the restaurant, but naturally once the Amazon order arrived with this bag I lost all self control. I wish the package were bigger...but then I would probably just eat it all like candy instead of using it as intended.

First time trying this and loved it! Very flavorful and fantastic colors. A little packs powerful flavor. Will purchase again.

Breath freshener gut health etc beneficial

As you can see from my picture, the bag that comes is less than half full. And when I placed it on a calibrated kitchen scale, it did not equal 3.5 ounces even *in* the packaging! This is deceptive advertising, as well as, I'd assume, consumer fraud. On top of it all, this is a nonrefundable item! In addition, the mukhwas did not taste fresh. There's no expiration date on the package to indicate whether or not it was expired. But it sure tasted like it.

Very expensive

Not sure what is in this that is giving it the weird taste. Maybe it is the petal leaves? Anyway, I love fennel, but I won't ever buy these again due to the creepy taste addition. You can't return them, either, so it wasn't worth all the trouble.

I really like the flavor of these candy coated fennel seeds. I take a medicine with a really bitter taste and this helps me get the taste out of my mouth better than anything else. It also seems to help settle me stomach when I’ve eaten something that disagrees with me.
