Received this item today July 8th, 2020 @ 11:30 am. I immediately unboxed it, put batteries in and tested it. On the average using a tape measure, it would kick a standard golf ball back about 3 feet. That's all fine and good if your only doing 3 ft. putts. Any practicing more than 4 ft. out will result in you walking up to retrieve the balls. Now I know this generates exercise and I'm sure all golfers need that BUT, this unit actually defeats the purpose for what its being sold for. Every unit I researched Looked Exactly Alike. I doubt any replacement is going to perform any differently. FYI: I used it on semi thick carpet and very thin carpet and kitchen floor (which rolled a little farther) obviously. I am waiting for an out door practice mat, I will test it on the simulated close cropped fake grass. My prediction, I'll be sending this unit back before Aug. 7th for a refund!

I bought this for my office space for coworkers to congregate, and it has served this purpose well! I really like how it is both affordable and easy to use. I do have two complaints. One is the slope of the green. It is very steep and what would be an ideal put is stopped by how angled the green is. The other downside is that it uses C batteries which are typically not on hand for most people. Still would recommend as it is a great value.

Anyways I have been unable to purchase a vehicle. I had 9 grand to put down and the jagoffs still wanted to finance me at 29 percent with a fair credit score on a used 2017 hyundai elantra. So long story short I am driving rentals and saving money while waiting foe my score to go up. The place where I rent cars they hit balls into an empty armor all wipes container. So I thought hey I will get a little golf thingy to improve on their game. Of course no big box store carried something like this. So I have never used thise product but the 8 people who do love it.

Came unusable. It obviously wasn't finished being made.and the metal parts for the battery were non existent.

I guess because it is battery operated it has weak power. This only sends the ball back maybe 18 inches, and therefore I am always reaching for the ball to bring it back to where I sent it from.

This device doesn't work very well. It the ball goes into it at even very little speed it will roll around the inside of it and fall off the front. It it goes in too slow sometimes it will hang up and stop before it hits the kick-back mechanism. The sides of the device need to be softer so that it will receive the ball better.

This was obviously a previous return. Company tried to get away selling defective products. Packag was damaged, no interactions, very poor quality

Best inexpensive gift for a guy who has everything. The return on the ball is quick so be ready to catch the ball as it hurls towards you!
