Perfect size, not too big, not too small. Great for meats and and any kind of baking in oven. Arrived on time and was everything I expected it to be.

Have used it only once so far as a roasting pan. It is heavy duty, and seems well made. It functioned perfectly.

I have many different size Vollrath pan like all of them.

It's a pan! It holds stuff! What sets apart is that it has notches on the corners so when you stack on top of each other they do NOT stick together. Big selling point!!!!!

I love this pan. I was looking for a deep pan to bake cakes in a convection toaster oven. 13 x 9 pans are all too long to fit inside. It fits and works fantastic for that purpose giving a great new use to a convection toaster oven. Other manufacturers are really missing the mark for a baking / roasting pan to fit a toaster oven. Vollrath needs to mainstream market this or similar sized pan maybe at a slightly lesser price. for this application with all the countertop convection ovens being sold today.

This is my first year making maple syrup and I wasn't sure how it was going to go, so rather than purchase a lot of expensive "maple syrup" equipment, I just bought a Coleman camp stove and used these pans to evaporate the sap. I was a bit skeptical about these pans because of the price and wondered if heating directly with a flame would cause warping or burning. They have held up for hours of evaporating and the corners make it easy to transfer the boiled down sap into a finishing container with little to no spillage. I highly recommend these pans and plan on purchasing a couple more for next year!

Used these all my life I am a retired Chef of some years and these are the ones you want not those homeowner types of pans. these get the job DONE!!!!! Nuff Said!!!
