Good for 95 year old with dementia
95-year-old with dementia responded positively to most the of pictures and was able to talk a little about them, tagging into old memories. In fact, it was so appealing that it disappeared, evidently was “borrowed” forever by another resident at the nursing home.

Great for someone with dementia
My mother loves these books. She has dementia but remembers the olden days. These bring back memories for her and also get her talking about these years that she lived through.

Great for my mom with dementia
Nice large print and pictures. Easy for her to read and interesting for her. She really enjoys this.

Grandma loved it and looked through it over and over.
But it was smaller/thinner than expected. Not a book so much as a thin picture book

A walk down memory lane
My 91 year young dad with dementia loves this. Keeps looking at the pictures saying how it looks familiar. Sometimes he remembers, other times not.

Perfect for someone with dementia!
My mom has dementia and doesn't take an interest in most activities besides shopping, sleeping, eating and watching TV. I bought her this book and the Memories 1950's book. She absolutely loves them. There are approx. 4 bright colorful pics on each page with a short caption of who or what it is. It's easy for her to read and it actually brings back so many good memories for her. Of course, she forgets she reads them, and will look at them time and time again. These books were a lifesaver. Hope they come out with a Memories 1960's book soon!

Good product
My dad is 94 years old with dementia. He doesn't remember my mother or sister who have passed away, so I was surprised when he recognized Bob Hope in one of the photos. He seemed to enjoy this magazine and I will definitely order the 1950's next. You never know what memories these photographs might trigger.

A nice book of memories
Bought for my grandmother and she loved it. She has Alzheimer's disease and this has helped bring back a few remaining memories from a long time ago and made her smile. My father who is 96 also enjoyed looking it over and reminiscing over a time forgotten.
